No niin nyt on tuo pluto p:kin hankinnan alla. Ja tutkailtu miten sellainen saadaan toimimaan pc:n perässä.

Voinkohan tyrkätä sen sopivalla (itse tehdyllä) väli kaapelilla tuohon pminmon 4 axis interfce:en ? http://pminmo.com/PMinMOwiki/index.php5?title=DIY4axisinterface (http://pminmo.com/PMinMOwiki/index.php5?title=DIY4axisinterface)

Tuossahan olisit ylös veto vastukset, ja mahdollisuus ohjata relettä. Ilmeisesti tuo plutokin tarvii jotkut pul up:it?

Mullahan on tuossa omronin sx470 opto haarukat rajoina. Ja tuossa kytkiksessä toimii ylös veto vastuksena 330ohm vastus ja led. http://pminmo.com/4axis/4axisBOBdata.pdf (http://pminmo.com/4axis/4axisBOBdata.pdf) Kytkis löytyy tuolta.

Rebuilding the FPGA firmware, mites tämä tapahtuu?

En saanut tuota pluto step driveria vielä toimimaan.
erroria pukkasi. En edes löytänyt tälläistä kansiota koneeltani.  src/hal/drivers/pluto_step_firmware/
edit:

Kokeileppa ottaa sieltä valikosta joku valmis pluton konffaus... esim lathe pluto ja kokeile käynnistyykö sillä...

Onko LPT portti oikeassa moodissa Biossista???

Onkohan kellaan tietoa miksei toimisi 10.04 livecd lla saati sitten asennettuna.
Otsikko: APUJA??? PlutoP ei toimi 10.04:ssa???

 ;D

Haiskahtaa siltä että uudessa emc:ssä on bugi taikka sitten EMC: asennuksessa/RTL:ssä...

Mä asensin vanhempaan koneseen uusimman EMC:n(10.04) viime viikolla, eikä se jostakin kumman syystä ladannut real time kerneliä...

Tuoltakin kyselin. Mutta en oikein osannut katsoa tuosta tomivastakaan dmesg etta mista osoite loytyy tassa toimiva>
Eli tassa 8.04 toimiva dmesg.

To run a command as administrator (user "root"), use "sudo <command>".
See "man sudo_root" for details.

Tämäkin ongelma ratkesi. Ongelma oli printeri portin "secondary adress" määrityksessä. Tuolta linuxEMC:n omalta foorumilta tulikin nopeasti avut..

Onkohan kellään kokemusta miten nuo pluto_stepperin : Steplenght, Stepspace, dirtime
saadaan kohdalleen?

kunnes hoksasin laittaa step/dir/amplifier enabled kohtiin inverted päälle. Onko tuossa Plutossa mitään
vastaavaa säätöä?

Jonkin verran olen nyt tätä pääsyt tutkimaan. Moottorin ohjaimet ja kaikki muu laitteisto on toiminut hyvin ilman plutoa. Suoraan printerin portista ajettuna.
Ohjaimet on maadoitetussa metalli laatikossa. jne.

Moottorit liikkuu plutolla toiseen suuntaan.
